Refund and Replacement Policy

At Tea Lite Candles, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles, used soaps, and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to tealitecandles@usa.com within 7 days of delivery.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can look into the issue and make it right.

If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 7 days of your order being delivered.

You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.
